Is there a way to get your weight loss program that I can access from online? I would like to use my phone to be able to listen to the program. This program appeals to me more because the bypass surgery one makes me nervous that I won’t get enough nourishment and enjoy meals with my family and friends.

    Thanks for reaching out. Yes, all my programs come with both downloads and physical cds, unless you specify that you only want one or the other. The cost is the same. You can absolutely use the weight loss program on your phone.

    The point of my lose weight program is to help you change the way you think about food subconsciously, so you enjoy healthy food without feeling deprived or denied. You definitely do need to make sure you get enough nourishment and this happens effortlessly when you begin to prefer small portions of healthy, nutritious food. You are right–food is meant to be enjoyed and my clients say the less they eat, the more they truly enjoy every bite and feel satiated. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
