Easy Weight Loss

Weight loss really can be natural and easy. You don’t have to struggle to get great results. The bottom line is always changing your mindset. When you change your thinking, your behaviors naturally change.

When Darryl came to me at University Community Hospital in 2006, he could barely walk up a flight of stairs. This article shows his before and after photos. They are incredible! After the hypnosis he started walking.

Six months later he called me to tell me that he had started running. After nine months, he won his age group in the Gasparilla race in Tampa, Florida. He was 55 years old at the time!

it’s never too late to get started on weight loss. It really is about so much more than losing fat on your body — it’s about health–mental, physical and emotional health and knowing that you are worthy to live your life healthy, strong, happy and at your ideal weight.
