Sally had tried every diet under the sun. She could lose weight but couldn’t keep it off. The weight always came back. After going through Rena’s 21 Days to Permanent Weight Loss, Sally’s results felt miraculous.

“I’m not on a diet,” Sally says. “I’ve made a lifestyle change.” What helped Sally to lose weight and keep it off was that her thinking about food changed. There was no particular diet required to be successful.

“I didn’t want someone telling me what to eat,” Sally explained. “That’s what I love about Rena’s program. There is no special diet to follow. “I didn’t want a diet regimen. I wanted someone to teach me how to make healthy choices myself.”

Since using Rena’s program, Sally says that she is eating more mindfully. “I’ve lost 35 pounds with Rena’s program. I never once felt hungry. I never once felt like I was on a diet.”

“I’m on a journey to change my lifestyle. I feel very healthy now,” Sally shares joyfully. “I have great energy. The things that used to tempt me, like fast food, that I used to eat all the time, now disgust me. I really enjoy what I’m eating. I feel energized. I get up every day and feel so good. Each day, it feels more automatic and that’s the freedom that Rena talks about.”
