What I love about trampolining is that it doesn’t matter what level of physicality you are at right now. Even if you feel that you are in rough shape, you can always gently bounce on the rebounder. Or, if you’re feeling energetic, you can dance and jump. What I love about it most, is that it’s an amazing stress buster. I always say, to be most effective, eat, live and move for health, and let weight loss be the side benefit.
Gently jumping up and down on a trampoline not only burns calories, but it helps to maintain a balanced blood sugar level and assists with cleansing and energizing your lymph system. Lymph is the fluid that moves through your body 24-7, filtering bacteria and waste, through your lymph nodes, keeping you healthy and vibrant. Trampolining is my favorite form of exercise because it’s so much fun and because I know that it’s so beneficial for optimal mind-body health and wellness.
The best part is it doesn’t take up that much time. I pull it out of my closet and jump from 10-30 minutes for a great, fun workout.
