Healthy Popcorn

Kids and adults of all ages love this popcorn!
Preparation Time: 3-5 minutes



1/2 cup popcorn
3 Tablespoons nutritional yeast (loaded with B vitamins)
1 Tablespoon Bragg’s liquid Amino Acid (soy sauce substitute)
1 Tablespoon Barlean’s Flax Seed Oil
1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese


Air pop the popcorn in an air popcorn maker. Pour popcorn in a large bowl. Top with remaining ingredients.
