I’m so excited to share this 5-Minute Inner Peace Meditation. This quick and easy technique will help with emotional healing, happiness and self-love. Take a look:
In this stressful world, it’s so easy to get caught up in worry, anxiety, self-doubt and fear. To avoid that, it’s so important to take time to balance and center yourself each day.
Otherwise, the stress of the world and of other people around you can feel overwhelming. Especially if you tend to be a sensitive person! Believe me, I know!
That’s why I am such an advocate of hypnosis and meditation. Not just for weight loss, but for inner peace and ultimately for creativity and productivity. Because when you are out of balance, it’s impossible to be productively working towards your goals whether that is weight loss, relationship, quitting smoking or career.
Fortunately, returning to balance and connecting with your heart center is a positive habit that you can acquire, just like any other habit.
Once you start connecting with your inner heart more frequently, you’ll start to feel the tension escape from your body, like air being let out of a balloon.
And you can start to let your mind and body truly relax. In this state, it’s a lot easier to let go of everything you need to release–old thoughts that no longer serve you, worries, fears, concerns, frustrations and resentments.
You can release all of these so that you can find freedom. In the video in this Blog I guide you through a powerful, but quick, inner peace meditation self-hypnosis technique that will help you to release anything old that doesn’t serve you anymore.
I guide you step by step, in just a few short moments, to a place of inner peace within yourself, beyond the chatter of your conscious mind–beyond fear and beyond doubt. Take a few minutes right now to rejuvenate yourself and let me know how that goes for you!
