Hi Rena, once again I found such inspiration in your message. When I was listening to what you were saying, I told myself “That makes so much sense” and these are things that can be done so easily. I just love the reminders to be grateful. Sometimes I forget to do that. I,too, loved Wayne Dyer’s work and have many of his cds. The saying “when you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change” is so true. I used to think a cigarette was my friend and comforter but after your hypnosis to quit smoking, I see cigarettes as an enemy and can’t imagine breathing that smoke in anymore. Thanks for all your good work,

Finding you and your course very refreshing. I am 80 years old and wishing to lose 35lbs. Everything you say fits very well with my current beliefs and makes a lot of sense.
