hi Rena. Thank you so much for sharing this video.I was wondering if you have any tips on how to lose weight on menopause,and hypothyroid.I have both those condition,and literaly its imposible for me to loose any weight,no matter what i am doing,even calorie restriction and exercise.Please help.Ann.

    Hi Ann,
    I understand! Hypothyroid and menopause can be challenging. What I have seen is that many times when you have a condition or are on a medication that slows your metabolism, the tendency is to throw in the towel and say, “What’s the use?” I had a woman stand up at one of my weight loss seminars at Winter Haven Hospital who had been on thyroid medication and couldn’t lose weight no matter how hard she tried. She stood up and shared with the audience the fact that after doing the hypnosis faithfully for 4 months (which led to a change in her attitudes and behaviors) she was able to lose 12 pounds.
