Contents 1 1/2 cups raw cashews soaked in water for at least one hour
3 cloves garlic
1 oz tahini (sesame paste) = 3 Tablespoons
1/4 cup chopped roasted red bell peppers
1-2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, coarsely chopped
1/2 – 3/4 cups water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
5-6 raw cashews
Sprinkling of paprika (optional)
Blend soaked cashews, tahini, garlic, red pepper, chopped parsley and water.in your blender or food processor. Add lemon juice, sea salt and olive oil, while blending.
Transfer to a small bowl and garnish with raw cashews and sprinkling of paprika (optional).
Spread on lettuce wraps or whole grain tortillas filled with delicious greens and veggies. Or, serve with sliced carrots, as a dip.
