As an Easy Willpower Affiliate, it’s necessary to understand and agree to our terms of use as outlined below.
Conditions:
The Easy Willpower affiliate program is designed for people who are self-motivated and want to share a message of healthy eating and healthy living with their customers, clients, patients and friends.
It’s a perfect fit for health care professionals and health coaches who want to give a message of hope and empowerment to their customers.
An Affiliate earns commission for any referrals they send to EasyWillpower.com who make a purchase.
A requirement of being an Easy Willpower Affiliate is actively promoting Easy Willpower’s products.
This can be done by blogging, promoting Easy Willpower on your website with banners and text links, or posting about Easy Willpower on social media such as FB and Linkedin.
You may make and post videos, speak about Easy Willpower on a podcast, or refer your patients and clients within your healthcare practice by sharing your own experience.

Commissions
For downloadable products such as 21 Days to Permanent Weight Loss and Weight Loss Chakra Meditation Online Course, the commission Affiliates earn is 40%. For all other products and hard products such as supplements, cds, dvds, books, the commission is 10%. Affiliates earn commission for the life of the customer for all reoccurring purchases.
Easy Willpower has the option to deduct the cost of coupon values, shipping rates and taxes from the calculated commission rate, when commission rates are higher than 10%.
Easy Herb Power reserves the right to exclude taxes, cost of goods, coupon values and shipping costs from calculated commission costs, when affiliate commission rates are higher than 10%. Bonuses also may apply for top earning Affiliates.
Affiliates who refer other Affiliates earn 5% commission on the sales of the Affiliate they referred.
Affiliates are paid on the first day of the month, after Affiliates have earned a minimum of $100 in commissions.
Affiliates earn commission when someone clicks on the Affiliate’s link directing them to Easy Willpower.com. When a customer makes a purchase after clicking on Affiliate’s link, the Affiliate earns commission.
The Affiliate will then receive all future commissions from the Referral’s purchases, for life.
No commission is earned for orders that were not generated by the Affiliate’s link. No commission is given for past orders.
Payments
All Affiliate commissions are paid via Pay Pal. It is required that you have an active Pay Pal account to be an Easy Willpower Affiliate. Undeliverable payments may not be re-instated.
You are responsible for keeping your email address updated and accurate both for your Affiliate login and on your Pay Pal account. If there are any changes, it is the Affiliate’s responsibility to inform Easy Willpower before the end of the month.

You will receive your Affiliate Link after you register for the Easy Willpower Affiliate program and are approved.

Returns and Commissions
Because Easy Willpower has a generous 90-day money back guarantee on all Easy Herb Power products, refunds may be issued to customers, after the Affiliate has already earned commission.
When an Affiliate’s Referral gets a refund for products, the commission earned on that sale may be deducted from future earnings. Or, Easy Willpower reserves the right to request the commission amount back from Affiliates Pay Pal account.
Also, in the event of a miscalculation, Easy Willpower will request the funds back from the Affiliate’s Pay Pal account.
Rules to Follow
It is prohibited for Affiliates to copy content from Rena Greenberg or Easy Willpower without permission. Affiliate must only distribute information that is in the Affiliate area, unless given permission to do otherwise.
Affiliates are not allowed to drive traffic away from Easy Willpower to other websites or social media sites. Affiliates are not allowed to misrepresent their relationship with Rena Greenberg or Easy Willpower.
Affiliates are not allowed to copy or distribute content from the Easy Herb Power site without permission, except what is available in the public affiliate member area. All information on Easy WillPower is bound by Copyright law.
Tax Forms
All United States based Affiliates who are selling as individuals, and not as a corporation, who earn at least $600 in commissions will be given an IRS 1099 form to submit, as the law requires. Affiliate agrees to provide Easy Willpower with all the required information to get this form to you.
If you are not in the USA, you are required to file your taxes according to local law and to accept any and all necessary documentation from Easy Willpower.
Agreement Terms
Personal orders will not earn commission for Affiliates.
Easy Will Power may change commission rates and those changes will be posted here. Easy Willpower retains the right to give bonuses or to cease giving bonuses.
Commission payments are subject to stated minimum and any eligibility restrictions.
In order to qualify as an Affiliate, it is necessary to continue to promote Easy Willpower products.
Affiliates are not allowed to sell to each other and will be terminated from the program, if they are reciprocating sales with another affiliate.
Affiliates must send their own Easy Willpower referrals. They will not be allowed to continue as Affiliates if they are strictly producing 2-tier commissions.
Only approved marketing strategies may be used, as discussed above, e.g. blogging, posting on social media and sharing personal experiences with Rena Greenberg products. For approval of your marketing venue, if there is any doubt, please contact: Affiliate@EasyWillpower.com
Easy Willpower has the right to terminate its relationship with any affiliate and remove their affiliate status.
Affiliates must follow and adhere to all federal and local tax laws.
There is no fee to be an affiliate. There is requirement to purchase products or stock. Affiliates may end their Affiliate status at any point, with no penalty.
Easy Willpower retains the right to deny any customer it so chooses.
Easy Willpower may terminate an Affiliate in the event that we don’t believe the Affiliate represents us appropriately or in the manner that we require.
Any violation of Agreement Terms could result in the deactivation of the Affiliate’s account without notice. Violators could be banned from the site.
