Special to Feeling Fit
This book, The Craving Cure, gives readers a chance to free themselves from food addictions.
But the author, Rena Greenberg, shows the reader that they have the power to improve their lives beyond anything they could ever imagine, using the tools that she explains in detail in the book. She shows the reader how to break free from cravings, harness the inner power to be successful and begin to eat smarter.
In addition, this week Greenberg will be appearing in two seminars in Southwest Florida this week.
The seminar combines the power of hypnosis with behavior modification. Participants learn to lose weight without feelings of deprivation or denial in one session, and break free from unwanted habits of overeating, bingeing, snacking, and emotional eating. The first 45 minutes of each session is a free orientation. If the participant feels comfortable with the program, they pay a one-time fee of $69, which includes the session, behavior modification booklet, home reinforcement tape or compact disk, and unlimited free repetitions of the hypnosis.
On Wednesday, Sarasota Medical Center is holding a weight reduction program from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the auditorium next to the hospital at 5741 Bee Ridge Road.
On Thursday, Peace River Regional Medical Center is also holding a weight reduction program from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30p.m. at 2500 Harbor Blvd. in Port Charlotte. No reservations are required. Call 800-848-2822.
